- Email and telephone — content you choose to send when corresponding with us.
- Engagement files — mandate descriptions and contact details needed to deliver a review.
- Technical data — essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies (see Cookies).
We do not seek special category data or payment card numbers through this website.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and providing commissioned reviews — contract or steps prior to contract.
- Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests.
- Optional analytics (only if you accept cookies) — consent.
- Legal and accounting records — legal obligation where applicable.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for six years after the engagement ends for professional and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or UK International Data Transfer Agreement / standard contractual clauses as appropriate.
